New Season Edit: So far I'm still using this build and it's working just fine - not much changed for Freja
EDIT: I am starting to adore [Lumerico Fusion Drive] paired with your overhealth items...makes you frustratingly hard to kill AND gives you 15% AD??? VALUE!
Also this build EASILY got me to All-Star Rank
Lets face it...we live in the WORST timeline and we're BROKE...and this build is for YOU!
Freja's Bola ([Lille Fælde]) is still viable! It's also more fun IMO than straight Damage. You can go Hybrid or straight AP with this build and still blow things up.
My build code skips round 1 items (since it's easy to choose) and focuses more on Mid-End game item choices.
+++PLUS you get the added bonus of making [Cybervenom] viable ([El-sa'ka Supressor] requires headshots, which you can't do on a fortified Orisa.) if your selfish teammates (MOIRA I'm looking at you!) don't pick it up themselves to allow you to kill Immortal Orisas!
Start off with [Lille Fælde], but build your items during rounds 1-2 as Damage since you'll likely gain more damage and kills early on this way which = more $$$.
You also need to stay alive to gain money...which is why your round 2 priorities are [Ironclad Exhaust Ports] and [Tourniquet] - These two items are just OP together...every single dash gives you 25 overhealth...and your jump gives you both item's 75 (25+50) overhealth...letting you survive your 1v1s or 1v2s while frustrating your opponents. If Ashe has set you on fire, just hop around to stay alive. This also means Cooldown Reduction is important and prioritized.
Once you get your 2nd power, [So Cooked], you can invest into AP...Either [Three-tap Tommygun] if you are facing targets which can escape/nullify your damage (Kiri/Moira/DVA/Zarya), or [Mark of the Kitsune] if you got easy to blow up squishies like Soldier/Zen/Ashe. Once you have enough money, get the other one of those AP items.
[Toxin Tips] pairs insanely well with [Redux] - Getting a FULL second of your arrow sticking in someone allows you that much more time to reduce your cooldowns while they're additionally slowed making it easier for everyone to kill your target.
Rounds 3/4-6 are your peak power....Though I usually am able to carry a round 7 win if it gets that far.
If you are up against a deflecting Genji and/or Orisa...this will be a rough match for you. Try and get angles away from the Orisa and pick off their backline...be very aware of Deflects from either before bola or your teammates may hate you.
For Immortal Orisas you will want to rush [Cybervenom] unless another teammate with better ability spam can pick it up. If they become the world boss, you may need to invest into armor pen as well. Unfortunately [El-sa'ka Supressor] requires headshots, which you can't do on a fortified Orisa.

Build Code: F8R20 - I don't put round 1 items into my build code since those aren't major choices.
Shoot things to get dmg and survive. Round 1 items for me are usually [Compensator], [Power Playbook], and a survival item: [Armored Vest] or [First Aid Kit]. I lean towards [Armored Vest] since most round 1 characters go weapon dmg.
Go for kills if you can if a character goes out of position, but it's better to stay in the back and not feed....
ORRRRR
You could also experiment with [Winning Attitude] + [Charged Plating] ...though that also means you only get value by dying and giving the enemy team $. That sounds like a choice for someone who lives in the WORST timeline...and I'm sorry my friend, that means I am talking to YOU. YES YOU.
You gain money from doing damage and getting kills...which means that weapon power is slightly better than AP in rounds 1-2.
Unless you're one of Elon's 42 kids, you're not winning the MVP Meritocracy game against that Moira on your team since the Freja nerf.
And you know she won't even take Cybervenom...That B...

Log In@Guest_2475a236 [Iridescent Iris] if you got the $$$, otherwise pick any other lifesteal item that fits the situation/budget you're in.That said, I've fallen in love with [Lumerico Fusion Drive] as another stay alive item WITH AP.
Great build man, I use it a lot based on what comps they have. In round 6 you say the life steal will keep u alive rather than Ironclad/tourniquet, which item does that come from? Like just if u need it flex in Vanadium or something?
