This build utilizes CDR and orb enhancing powers to throw out orbs at a very high rate. This heals up teams quickly and builds up coalescence very fast.
I would use this against most builds, potentially even against some of the teams it's weak against like DVA because it forces them to play defensively.
At maximium power (round 7) this give 40-60% CDR and you can throw orbs at around every 3 seconds on top of the additional orbs you create passively. The healing potential is also infinite with spray and can heal through most ultimate abilities when characters have bigger health pools.
The hardest part about this build aside from healing negating abilities is making sure your tank plays aggressively within the team. If you have a brawler team (like reaper/mei) then you will get the most benefit from it.
If you play DPS moira, you won't get much from this. While you have the option to throw damage orbs, healing orbs further increase the CDR and allow you to cast at a higher rate. Damage can come from Coalescence because the ultimate gain from this build is quick. Typically within less than a minute of a regular team fight.
For fights where team damage is huge, especially in early games, you can sub out Cross-Orbital for Voidhoppers. This works well when your tank is at a disadvantage (e.g. Zarya vs. Rein) or if team fights are barely being lost.

Round one you're just healing like normal. I would try to DPS as much as possible (outside of ignoring your team) so you can build up $$ to ensure you get 10k for an epic ability.
