I don't see how this keeps getting listed as being updated. I hadn't seen it actually change in weeks. Still a decent build though.
I find in later rounds if you have the spare cash, you can buy Biotech Maximizer. This would reduce the cooldown of torpedoes along with Cosmic Coolant.
