Build Notes
This build is designed to dive and pressure out squishy targets, NOT to stand in front of a tank and trade cooldowns. Actively look for isolated DPS and Supports, booster jet + micro missiles to delete them.
Zarya is not a counter to Dva, stop standing in front of a Zarya and route to off angling DPS or backline. Some map geometry makes this harder than others but its still very doable.
