They finally fixed a few bugs.
- Lava damage counts as Ability Damage. So you can apply Speed Reduction [Liquid Nitrogen] and Healing Reduction [Cybervenom], and get ult charge [Catalytic Crystal]from lava damage now.
- Dva in meka properly counts ability usage for [Hardlight Accelerator].

Lava damage was buffed on paper (30 to 80 dps) but apparently it's still stuck at 30dps :(
This build builds around the lava left behind by D.Va when she uses boosters with the power [Ignition Burst]. You will find it most effectively at zoning out your enemies when they want to push in through chokes or blocking their paths when they're falling back to cover. You should ideally end your boosters in a safe location. It does Ability Power (AP) damage over 2 seconds and ignores armor (same amount of damage to white and yellow health).
You will be stacking AP (for lava, missile and booster damage) and Cooldown Reduction (to get boosters up asap). Movement Speed will also feel very good with this build, especially if you get a Juno's Speed Ring. And you'll get good survivability with your high defense matrix uptime with second power [Stat Boost]. And with [Overstocked] as your third power, and the stacked AP and Cooldown Reductions by 5th round, you will be capable of laying down a lot of burst damage.
You will be poking at an off-angle with some cover, best if on high ground, where you can harass someone nearby without everyone shooting at you. You can fly in with defense matrix and u-turn back out while they run from lava pools. Once you catch anyone low and alone, close in using cover and boost towards their escape route and burst them down with missiles.
Earning 385 stadium cash = 1 max hp, so it's a good idea to try and pick off squishies with lowest stadium cash first. Not only do they have slightly less max hp, they also won't have the cash to buy upgrades. Of course, do check if they buy survival items/powers before the start of each round. The armory stats for enemies get updated once the armory closes and the 10 seconds count down begins.
This build works really well against brawl or clumped up hero comps, but not so good against teams with many long ranged heroes or flyers. And you will probably want a totally different build against Zarya.

First round, definitely take [Power Playbook] for the 10% Ability Power, increasing damage on missiles and lava. The rest are up to your preference. I like Movement Speed for getting in and out slightly faster.
