siphon gloves are for quick melee, rein dont have quick melee so it doesnt work

nope... more and more i dig into it, M1 does not count as quick melee. I believe it did during alpha testing.

cant log onto my account..but... researching shows that in stadium, rocket hammer is being counted as quick melee. i stand corrected

his hammer swing counts as a melee, so it should work
