Round 1 power: [Spynstem Update] is the best choice most of the time but if you are facing a team where both dps are mei, reaper and genji then you should be picking the [Advanced Throwbotics] that said if you are vs an Orisa [Spynstem Update] is better.
Round 1 items: weapon atk, weapon spd then your preference i enjoy atk fenzy as it farms point and cleans up team fights.
