Build Notes
This build is insane. Round one is average but after round one is SCALES HARD.
The key to this build is SUPERFLEXOR. Each bullet adds 5% AP. So you shoot at anyone and get 5 hits then torpedo. You've build 25% AP and you'll QUICKLY find you're one-shotting anything but tanks. And tanks will be at like 25% in about 3s.

This build is way to expensive, needs toned down and buy some blue skills. dont just jump straight to epic. this build wont last long at all

why take shady spectacles r1? its just bad and you wont earn more, it should be compensator
