My best and also most fun games by far so far have been with Tank Lucio. You are tankier than a tank because of your speed and raw recovery from abilities. You will be focused on the front line, otherwise the tank cannot close the gap; you will be focused on the back line, otherwise you kill the DPS or they just can't play. All that while still having #1 healing+mitigation. It carries in a losing comp, and winning comp.
30% Overhealth in Air - very strong especially early rounds.
2x Boop - huge synergy with 50 armor on ability use.
80% Projectile Size - makes it easier to hunt down and isolate squishies.
50 armor on ability use - most important power up.
2s Fade - Best healing & speed output power-up for your team, nothing else.
Last is whatever you feel the situation requires.
