This mostly based on this build: https://stadiumbuilds.io/build/5f28948d-8f96-4393-9d89-6b27c23415ab
The major difference is [Volskaya Vortex] and [Superflexor]. [Superflexor] instantly makes you go max stacks if you do even a tiny bit of leftclick damage. That makes your bubbles and vortex 25% better. We also always take [Phantasmic Flux] in this version, since it buffs both too. We still dont focus too much on vortex though, because it's just not strong enough and it always slows no matter the AP. It just happens that [Superflexor] gives HP too and has weapon power, its really strong on its own already.

Log In@vine_teodoro no, you always get the full slow and its not good enough to buy more AP items, we have all the hybrid WP/AP items
Is there specific scenarios where you would choose vortex and not?
@BiscuitChan i would pick it when they play a comp that stacks(or they just stack anyways) and usually less mobile heroes cause they cant bypass it like rein, zarya, ana, zen, cass, soldier, reaper, ashe
@gin113 I see! Thank you! How do you deal with Rein? Do you have a build for that, or perhaps i could encourage you to make one? ^-^
@BiscuitChan not many specific items are needed, the most powerful is probably blastprroof boots because it helps you get away from hammer range. shieldbuster is decent and so is salvaged slugs but i wouldnt always try to focus rein in every game. if you have a zen or other heroes who can kill rein easily then maybe but you can walk on backline sometimes, especially with blastproof boots.join the discord if you want to talk more tbh :V
Vortex dont need buy more ability power?
