I'm currently in Legend this patch using this build and strategy.

Use your Bionic if you are about to trade into someone who can burst you before your rockets land in end game (round 5 and after). It will be very difficult to kill you once you hit round 5, so you need to survive and gather money until then.
Optimal kill is Bionic - Shoot 3 times - Rocket - shoot until dead. Not much will survive that combo though I find that shooting before the rocket can often give away the ambush and give time to react. Less damage overall but less time to react to just Bionic (to pre tank) - Rocket - shoot until death.
The final power you can go whatever you want, I often go On Me! as I tend to get focused.
Always shoot after your rockets, the kitsune damage is insane once you have power built up and it is a massive burst. Feels like more than what it says on the tin.
Don't rush purples in early rounds, it's more important I find to have at least 40% AP than 2 purples. Round 3/4 is acceptable to have the TTT MoTK combo online. If you don't have it with 40% AP total, just max stack power, get it next round and you'll be alright.
Your focus is you get onto medium flanks, not too deep as you can still die before round 5 and to hard focus, but you'll be very very dangerous to solos or even duos. Focus healers out of the fights or problem DPS. Tank is a target of opportunity, you'll help kill the tank by killing the healers most of the time. You can burst through a mercy heal so she isn't too high on the priority list if she's a difficult target but be ready to get flamed if she gets too fed from lack of focus. You fall off hard at range so play around health packs on an off angle and nuke em.
I build this into every matchup, on occasion I'll switch to WP build for a round if needed but I always keep the Power setup I have here. The Key thing about counter match ups like Genji is timing. If they miss time their deflect they are dead like anyone else, so bait it out if possible and time it. The counter matchups really depends on opponent skill, a really good Kiriko that can predict your Rockets will be the bane of you, Dva flying at your face is the bane of any Soldier, ect...

Log Invery unpractical build, power and item cant get you to round 5 if you second dps is lacking. how do you avoid using the bonus ap kitsune give you on healing yourself if you are not full hp?
@Guest_28097693 sorry to say, then you're lacking in skill. Do you realize, that mark of the kitsune is for dealing damage, not for healing LOL
This build got me to diamond 1 yesterday
This is very good but I'm never able to afford Nano Cola. usally do custom stock/energized bracers and some greens instead

This build got me to legend- its like junker king build but slightly less survivability but a whole lot more damage!!
