this build prioritizes the ability to damage your opponent using their own armaments. I specifically call it the Soldier/Dva Counter but with the mid season 17 update might be a bit more difficult. Put simply this is a RANGED counter build while turning Orisa into a faster and just as deadly M1A2 Abrams. IF you are looking for something that can allow you to tank an entire team and protect those right behind you the build is in the Optional Powers From ROUND 3 Onwards
