Overall Strategy:
This Mei build is designed to dominate the battlefield through superior control, crippling heal reduction, and potent ability usage. It functions as a hybrid Mei, requiring strong mechanical skill with effective Ice Wall placement and consistent headshots to farm effectively in the early game and maximize impact. Your primary goal is to make life miserable for the enemy team by constantly slowing them, isolating targets, and negating their sustain. The [Coulder] power spike in Round 5 transforms your Cryo-Freeze into a mobile, disruptive ability. This allows you to roll, knock back enemies, and create a damaging mini-blizzard aura around yourself, turning you into a formidable disruptive presence and area controller. I feel like it almost shocks the enemy team from Round 5.
Key Focus Areas:
Maximize Control: Utilize your abilities and primary fire to keep enemies slowed. [Liquid Nitrogen] will amplify this by adding slows to ability damage.
Heal Reduction: [Cybervenom] is a cornerstone. Prioritize applying its effect to high-sustain targets or during crucial team fights to secure eliminations.
Ability Power: Prioritize items that significantly boost the damage and impact of your abilities. [Champion's Kit] provides a HUGE boost if you can afford it.
Positioning: Leverage Mei's survivability tools (Cryo-Freeze, Ice Wall) and [Phantasmic Flux] to maintain aggressive but safe positions and apply pressure.

Round 1: Establishing Early Control
Strategy:
[Iceberg] enhances your Ice Wall by causing it to spawn a mini-Blizzard that slows enemies in its vicinity. Use Ice Wall strategically not just for blocking, but also for applying this AoE slow to control chokepoints, deter pushes, or slow enemies for easier targeting.
[Compensator] helps with primary fire accuracy, ensuring more consistent application of slows.
[Plasma Converter] gives an early boost to your ability effectiveness. This means a slightly stronger slow or more damage from your abilities.
[Armored Vest] provides essential early survivability, allowing you to play a bit more forward and establish control.
Goal: Lock down areas, peel for supports, and make initial engagements difficult for the enemy. Most of all survive and farm credits!
I don't understand why weapon lifesteal improves slow?
