To preface, this build uses the Moira Maxxed build by RatGeneticist for reference (which is an amazing build) BUT there are differences in mine. I noticed most matches I was making WELL over the money needed for that specific build and wanted to improve upon it, which ended up getting me β90k+ cash consistently and 100k+ cash in a few matches.
This build is good for both damage and healing. I personally use it for healing as in later rounds you can rack up 20k+ healing in a round easily and keeping your team up and fighting with minimal deaths. I only use damage orbs when I need to keep the enemy team off of me or kill a low health enemy chasing me while Iβm retreating. This build really comes together starting round 3 by strictly using your healing orbs, using biotic grasp to do damage, and using coalescence mostly for damage to win teams fights whilst still healing teammates in front of you. This build easily got me to All-Star (console) last season!

For your first power you will want to choose [Phantasm] so the last orb type you used gets left behind after you fade. This can either help heal your allies or damage enemies while you reposition. Pick up [Charged Plating] for added armor and ability power once your first ult is used, [Power Playbook] for ability power, and [Shady Spectacles] for ability power lifesteal to help keep yourself alive!
