The idea of this build is to dive deeper into the glass canon with a fetish for healing fantasy of Zenyatta. It aims to turn Zenyatta into a machine gun who holds down leftclick to deal damage and later turns a portion of the damage into healing.
It requires good positioning and is very susceptible to dive, so if you find yourself being dove constantly, you either pick [Flying Kick] power along on the way or just choose a completely different build.

Please note that in my opinion there are no optimal epic items from round 6 onward. Which items you pick from there on depends on each individual match and you need to adjust it according to your needs.
