Need to dps tank? - [Superflexor], it's niche in my eyes now.
[Super Visor] needed vs mobile and flyers. It also let us deliver 3 bullets after ability more easily. DON'T pick Visor if they don't have mobile heroes.
Vs pellet dmg of [Genji], [Reaper], [D.Va], [Zarya], [Orisa], [Mei], Weapon Damage [Soldier: 76] - we pick [Lumerico Fusion Drive]
Filler items, If you can't afford next Main item buy: [Multi-Tool], [Custom Stock], [Energized Bracers]
Pivot to Weapon Damage.
If you need some flexibility this build allows this: [El-sa'ka Supressor] - vs [Junker Queen], [Aerial Distresser] - to make life of flyers even harder.
IMPORTANT COMBO:
- PRIME your next 3 bullets. When u have 6 sec to next encounter - use rocket. When u about to engage enemy - use heal. Before every battle in spawn use rockets to prime next 3 shots.
- With [Three-tap Tommygun] Shoot 2 bullets, coz rocket hit itself delivers bonus dmg from items! With only [Mark of the Kitsune] you can shoot only 1 bullet.
- Rockets under enemy feet.
- Shoot 3 bullets till target dies.
I tested that you can miss all you want! Actual hits after abilities will still have amplified damage.
ROCKET USAGE: Use rocket EVERY time its off cd on squishies.
RELOAD CANCEL: Cancel your reload after the circle goes past its half by pressing Run or any ability.
How we kill [Reaper], [Mei], [Moira]? We NEVER shoot rockets at full hp. Shoot em with our Primed and regular bullets and at 60-50% we shoot rockets at feet then finish with bullets. Kill them without them reacting with safe ability.

We prioritize: Live - Do dmg - Kills
Don't risk too much to go for flanks for now.
Kills are good if you don't die in return.
Buy defensive 1st round vs [Genji] + [Reaper] 100%. You can't go wrong with defensive vs everything.
Buy offensive items vs passive heroes like [Soldier: 76], [Ashe].

Holy, as a player with not so great aim, not much knowledge of the maps and tech, believe or not this build got me to All star 5
I've found more success in switching Super Visor to round 3. Usually by Round 5 (if all goes well) you should be averaging ~1 kill per Rocket CD. He/She explains in round 3 that its fine to just buy Rares to get more AP instead of targeting 3 Tap Tommy Gun and Mark. The way this build is structured this is where you can fall behind in a MAJOR way. Either 3 Tap is mandatory on Round 3, or if you dont have the cash for that take Super Visor for your R3 Power. On Me! i've found to more often than not, a waste of a power on R3. This is multiplied if you lucked out with a pocket Mercy.
@Dizzyharris Visor is "win more" and vs some comps it is correct choice. 2+ mobile/flyers = take Visor. Sometimes I just don't live enough to be useful and take On Me round3. Thank you for your interest and contribution in evolving the build!

@varscool It's fine to have 8500-10k in an average round. Keep in mind main item path and fill slots with rares just for AP. It's very cash efficient
