Weak Against

This is a build I've had some success with while trying to find one that played more into Ana's "sniper healer" idea. It's built around the somewhat maligned [Tactical Rifle] power, which I've found to be quite good at enabling this build. I'm posting it as I haven't seen one posted quite similar to it.
I'll also add, that I play on console, and I do not think this build would work as well on PC - but I haven't tried it there. If you have amazing aim, in theory, you could pass up [Tactical Rifle], but in practice, I haven't been able to do almost any effective healing from far range with Ana without [Tactical Rifle] given how much movement and chaos there is in Standium, but I get quite a bit with it.
The general idea is, you take [Tactical Rifle] in the first round, and then play from as far a range as you can while still maintaining LoS and load up on Weapon Power, and do a mix of very long range healing, and opportunistic sniping. In later rounds, between [Pinpoint Prescription], and the amount of WP you stack, a single headshot will usually finish off an enemy player. Even if you don't hit headshots, you hit hard which is better for securing kills than slower paced more consistent damage.
Even just spamming heals on your team, you can often simply accidentally get a number of kills just by stray bullets hitting enemy players.
You don't need to focus on survivability as much, because most of the time, you can either heal without the enemy having LoS on you, or if they do, it's often hard to hit you at long range. [Sleep Regimen] provides a lot of health, even without a focus on sleep dart, and that's often enough survivability, if the long range is working out.
If you are getting destroyed by something like a Genji specifically targeting you, lean more into survivability items. Main thing with this build is being flexible and adapting. The items I've chosen in the build represent sort of a general idea of what I aim for.
Not sure it's the best build, but I've had it work well. I had a 65% win rate as Ana in Stadium Season 17 before her recent buffs, but that was with a mix of builds, not just this one.

ROUND 1:
- The build starts with [Tactical Rifle] as it enables the long range healing style.
- Stay at the max range you can and focus on spamming heals on your team to farm stadium cash and hopefully win the round.
- Take shots at enemies to help out with damage as you can.
- Keep sleep dart for personal protection.
- I've found the long range healing to be one of the more effective ways of building stadium cash. No-Scope close range healing often results in more deaths, as you're easier to target by virtue of being up close.
