interesting! i was just working on a build around Equivalent Exchange so thank you stadiumbuilds.io for the power search options!!! :)
watched a few replays to count the number of rezzes and it's rarely more than 3. so might be good - problem is missing the chain abilities of Threads and in general being too weak on healing.
gonna give yours a try and mess with the one i was working on as well.
edit: i think this is a good build to pair with rein, orisa, and zarya because rezzing these "instantly" is so demoralizing to the opponents
