UPDATE TO BE MORE BUDGET FRIENDLY
Not much changed, the build got slightly nerfed but functions the same way and is probably still the best DPS build in the game. It has a 15% damage increase in most rounds without losing out on HP.

[Just Roll With It] is usually the best after [Full House] nerfs.
We take [Armored Vest] in most game and [Plasma Converter] because I dont like attack speed on Cass and the other items feel useless.

@juxpi#0 the last power is wrong(unless you wanna play that), i would pick some other items as well. my code is this: 8BK0V. its why i dont like codes that much though, they arent round per round.
