This build is designed to use Discord Fever and Circle of Strife to create a sort of "discord bomb" and create a hyper-offensive Transcendence. It buffs his discord and healing output to farm ults as well.
How it works is Circle of Strife will apply Discord to any enemy in it's range, and Discord Fever will do 50 damage over time to any discorded target. This damage scales with ability power, and works with perks that debuff with ability power as well.
It works great with either Brawl or Dive comps, but can be used in poke if you really want.
It has 2 huge cons, being it's reliance on 2 powers to even work, and it's huge weakness to Kiriko
If you can get past those 2 problems, it is a super fun build to use!

Round 1 and 2 will mostly be solid, regular zen game play, as the build won't be online until Round 3.
Power Playbook and Charged Plating are required to buff the damage of Discord Fever.
Past that I recommend Armored Vest for survivability, although you can take Compensator or Weapon Grease for the damage buffs.
