This is a very flexible Ana build with options and explanations given based on your playstyle, the matchup, etc to allow you to adapt to all scenarios. The main focuses are weapon power/speed, mobility, and survivability, which I think this build allows you to balance all three quite well. After round 3/4, it's a build that provides the flexibility to transition from backline healer to DPS assassin all in the same round. I've been told multiple times that I carried my team, and climbed to All-Star on Ana only this season.
Side note: My Ana philosophy:
My approach to Ana is that you should be doing damage/applying pressure as much as possible. I will always prioritize healing when needed, but if you're heal botting on Ana, you're not capitalizing on her kit, especially in this mode. As well, sometimes it is physically impossible to keep your team alive in this mode cough cough stop standing in the pile of ashe dynamite guys, or the matchmaking was less than friendly and your tank/dps are getting hard diffed. When this is the case, and no amount of healing is helping, or people are exploding faster than you can even heal, this build allows you to fully switch to DPS Ana. Now obviously, this can be asking to get flamed by your team, but I often will communicate to them that healing isn't working, and try to work with one of my DPS to flank or focus a particular target. In my experience, when I've decided I'm going full DPS, it has often changed the tide of the match. This works especially well if your other support is a mercy who doesn't mind healbotting to enable you to prioritize the DPS playstyle.

Pinpoint Prescription is my go-to first power. It allows you to output good damage and healing. If you're not confident in your aim/headshots, No Scope Needed would be a suitable replacement.
The items you pick for round 1 are user preference, but these are my preferred.
