The full AP version of this build is best against the least mobile characters and particularly tanks that don't have cleanse mechanics- mainly Rein/Sigma/JQ. If you are against Zarya/Orisa/D.VA you can make a similar build, but should focus weapon power and/or survivability.

Basics for this build:

Early game - Focus Weapon Power and use walls as just extra tank pressure. Weapon power early is much better earning money than any AP even with the wall blizzard. Staying alive is most important and I find the healing from weapon lifesteal gives you a little more money than attack speed (might just be placebo though).

Mid game (round 3-4)- Start transitioning towards a mixed WP/AP, [Phantasmic Flux] is a great perk for this. With snowball flight added you have a much greater ability to trap the enemy and importantly give yourself a lot of verticle mobility and height to shoot people from. [Icy Veins] is an autopick as soon as you can

Late game (5+) - Here is where the build really starts coming together. [Twice as Ice] doesn't just "reset" Ice Wall and [Snowball Flight] pillars, it BANKS A CHARGE. This means that if you use Cryo in spawn or between fights, you effectively have 2 charges ready and a third the next time you use Cryo for a serious amount of pressure and blizzard AOE uptime. [Cybervenom] and [Liquid Nitrogen] are great status effects to add because of the aoe, but pure AP is also good.

Final thoughts: There is an arguement for [Blizznado] at round 5 instead of round 7 and to push more into survivability. This may be a stronger build, but I've had more fun with the full AP version that runs [Twice as Ice] first. Adjustments are quite easy between WP/AP/Survivability without adjusting powers. Make changes as you like!
