Ive used this build to get up to Legend with a 68% win rate (some of those were due to leavers), i believe this has to be one of the strongest builds if youre able to somewhat aim with soldier.
It uses an insane attack speed with some weapon power to shred any enemy you look at, youre able to get visor relatively fast as well as jump high in the air to be even harder to hit.
You'll want to keep using your helix rockets to trigger your visor as much as you can so it auto targets an enemy and gives you free damage.

For Round 1 we want to take [Compensator] and [Weapon Grease] as you'll want to farm damage and points for the first few rounds. Sometimes i swap between [Ammo Reserves] and [Power Playbook] depending on how i feel against their lineup (For example, if they have a reinhardt i will choose the extra ammo to help burst shield)
You'll want to try to stay alive while also doing as much damage as you can to farm those points, try to prioritize their support but also dont be afraid to shoot their tank as i said youll want to farm points.

Log In@BuRnY If you swap 2nd and 3rd power and go Sprinting Max Ammo 4th power, then swap Bomb Diffusal Boots for a flex spot it's actually a good build
