Build Notes

The build is pretty much Aimbot Soldier, but we optimize the item building to powerspike ASAP. Ive been able to beat Soldiers much better than me just because my build gets better stats overall.

Playstyle is very simple: You shoot a rocket, you kill something without having to aim, pretty straight forward BUT the items we are gonna take will need you to focus on certain things that i will explain as we buy them!

Friendly reminder, DONT SHOOT THE TANK, either try to kill their supports or keep their DPS in line! Thats your job.

On round 2, if you did averagely well you should be able to buy [Talon Modification Module] , and a 4000$ item.
 
Here i'll always buy [Shieldbuster] unless the enemy team has no armor/shield like with a Junker Queen team without Juno (you can look that up by pressing TAB and looking at the enemy team's health), usually the enemy tank, Juno, Mercy and whoever takes a defensive item will have armor/shield and that will grant you 20% in stats for only 4000$. Thats INSANE value!
 
If they dont have armor/shield you buy [Advanced Nanobiotics] , it sounds weird to buy a healing item on a DPS right? but it actually works when using your E to heal YOURSELF as well! So you can deploy your Healing Field and shoot while having +15% in stats, its REALLY good for its price! and it lets you power spike as soon as Round 2. This is when we start making a difference between other Soldier builds, by this point they either take [Pulse Converter] or rush an Epic, thats no good, you get far better stats by maximizing your item slots with rares and commons first.

By this point you should have around 20k currency. But if you did really REALLY well you might even be able to buy an [Aftermarket Firing Pin] , do so if you can. We will maximize our rares, the more stats we got, the more damage we dish out, which means more cash for next round, which means more stats!
 
We take the other Power you didnt choose, if you chose [Double Helix] on 1st round you now take [Super Visor] and vice versa if you took Super Visor 1st.
 
Now that we have [Pulse Converter] we recover 12 ammo (6 for each of the two rockets) on a right click, so try to shoot a bit before using right click to maximize the ammo on your magazines.

We buy [Icy Coolant] and [Wrist Wraps] (from the ABILITY branchtree) to maximize our stats, if you cant buy Wrist Wraps, [Aftermarket Firing Pin] works as well.
The build is now complete! you should be able to kill very easily even by the previous round, from now on we just upgrade our items into epics.

5Round 5

By Round 5, the problem isnt gonna be to deal more damage, no, we already do enough, our issue now is gonna be to deal that damage during more time, so we'll start getting defensive Powers. That way we dont have to use our precious currency to buy Survival Items and can focus on offensive stats. (i've tried different Powers on 5th round, double targets on Visor, more max ammo, continuous fire giving more damage, but neither seemed that game changing). So we can either take [On Me!] or [Frontliners] , i recommend taking On Me! on 5th since that 20% can be recoverable unlike the overhealth from Frontliners, and the Healing Field moving with you is super useful to guarantee more healing from it!
 
If you can buy [Eye of the Spider] without selling your [Talon Modification Module] then do so, if not then [Phantasmic Flux] (Survival treebranch) is your second best option. It has the same 10% Weapon Power we sold to get it, but adds 10% Ability Power for our homing rocket, and a BUNCH of lifesteal and overhealth.

By this point you buy the epic you didnt buy on the previous round. And you should be good to go! If you can sell [Wrist Wraps] to buy [The Closer] , or otherwise [Booster Jets] then do so.

And finally we end it with [Frontliners] . We can have up to 560 HP, we dish out so much damage we should be able to one shot Mercy/Juno out of the sky pretty consistenly, and if your team plays around you, you'll definetly carry, win or lose you are a meneace the enemy team has to focus or lose!
 
Some pointers:
 [Volskaya Ordnance] , [Salvaged Slugs] , and [Commander's Clip] are all bait items, DO NOT TAKE THEM! YOU DONT NEED THEM! so is [Weapon Jammer] , especially Weapon Jammer, it's a real bait item that only works on Soldier vs Soldier 1v1's, its so specific its not worth 10k for so little stats.
