As a dps main this is the build ive been running with an 80%+ winrate, especially fun with a mercy pocket or rein window shield :D
Focus on getting the two major perks (Eye of the spider & The closer) as soon as possible and then pick your perks depending on the matchup, running a hybrid build with attack speed is also very viable!! :D
If you happen to play against a lot of flying heroes (juno, mercy, dva, lucio etc) you should switch out the rare perk "Potent Projectiles" for "Quickscope" early/midgame and if you're in lategame consider switching "Amari's Antidote" or "Codebreaker" for Quickscope.
Now go out there and 2 shot anyone who isn't a tank and make them tweak out ;)3

Pinpoint Prescription is the key to this entire build, enabling the 2 (or 1) shot build later on in the game.
Run: Compensator, Plasma Converter & Weapon Grease for the first round to maximize your damage output and gain a higher score to buy the major perks faster.
