Projected Bubble Build

This is a Zarya build meant to complement DPS picks that benefit a lot from getting bubbled, such as Reaper or Genji. Note that you are not locked into Projected Bubbles until Round 5, so if they aren't getting the job done, you can pivot to a more selfish build up until Round 5, where you take the Fission Field Power.
